Angus Montaigne – Cup Eve in the Courtyard

Kick off the Cup celebrations a night early with live music in the Courtyard at The Delatite Hotel, Mansfield, as we welcome Angus Montaigne to the stage.

Originally from the blustery north of Scotland, Angus has been performing live for 18 years, with the past decade spent largely in Victoria's High Country. His music sits comfortably in a gentle Folk-Americana style, but as the evening rolls on, he has a knack for turning up the volume and energy.

Expect a mix of classic covers with shades of Bruce Springsteen, Paul Kelly and The Beatles, alongside the occasional original. Angus's own songwriting draws inspiration from artists including Phoebe Bridgers, Bright Eyes and Jason Isbell.
